Routed Propane Delivery Services

For our loyal customers who own their tanks and request fills of 100 gallons or more, Sharp Propane is happy to schedule these refills to coincide with Sharp Fill™ deliveries along the same route.

Safety Inspection & Connections

Sharp Propane offers a range of safety services to our customers, especially those who have moved into new homes or who have made major additions to their homes. Here are some of the actions we take to assure that you enjoy convenient and efficient propane energy:

• We will safely deliver odorized commercial grade propane to your container.
• If we lease or sell a container and pressure regulators to you, we will install these items and check them for gas leaks. If necessary, we will install an underground gas line from the container to your house. If we do so, this gas line will be your property and your responsibility.
• If we turn on the gas to your system, we will check the gas lines inside and outside your house for leaks.
• If we turn on the gas to your system, we will offer to light the pilot lights on your appliances. We strongly encourage you, for safety reasons, to accept our offer. Many accidents and injuries occur when customers try to light their own pilot lights. However, if our delivery or service personnel light the pilot lights on your appliances, this does not mean we have tested, inspected or checked your appliances for safety problems. You need to have a qualified service technician do that. In some locations, Sharp Propane employs trained service technicians, and if these services are available in your area, we will provide them at your expense if you specifically order them from us.
• If you report a gas odor to us, we will dispatch one of our service or delivery personnel to check your gas system
for leaks.

Tank Leases – Above & Underground

Residential propane users in Texas continue to prefer to lease their tanks, and the numbers are growing. Leasing your tank allows us to check and maintain it for as long as you are a customer.

Bottle Refills

Propane cylinders, also called bottles, vary in size, shape, and capacity. Most people who grill with propane use the smaller, five gallon propane bottles. Just come by your closest Sharp Propane retail location and we will quickly and safely refill your propane bottle.
